Voici comment \u00e7a marche\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce que la pleine conscience\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pleine conscience est un concept et une pratique qui existent depuis des milliers d\u2019ann\u00e9es et qui sont extr\u00eamement populaires ces jours-ci, devenant la tendance sant\u00e9 \u00e0 la croissance la plus rapide en Am\u00e9rique. Notre concentration ne pouvant \u00eatre port\u00e9e sur qu\u2019une seule chose \u00e0 la fois, cette technique nous permet de nous \u00e9loigner de nos pens\u00e9es et de nos sensations physiques. Il est-tu pas bien fait pareil notre cerveau\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essayez de prendre six respirations par minute.
