Make a difference with Team Canada.

The Canadian Olympic Committee:
- Is a not-for profit, non-governmental organization with a mandate for fielding teams at Olympic, Pan American and Youth Olympic Games;
- Promotes Olympic ideals in Canada;
- Selects and manages Canadian bids and organizing committees for Olympic and Pan American Games.

The Canadian Olympic Committee and the Canadian Olympic Foundation have been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces™ in Canada for 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2024. In addition, the COC and COF earned the distinction of being named one of the Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness in 2021, Best Workplaces™ for Women in both 2021 and 2023, and Best Workplaces™ for Today’s Youth and Best Workplaces™ for Giving Back in 2024.
These lists are compiled by the Great Place to Work® Institute and are based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience and an in-depth review of the organization’s culture and people practices by the Great Place to Work® Institute. These accolades speak to the environment the COC strives to provide for staff and reflect what it means to work for Team Canada.
