Matt Margetts

Biography

Matt Margetts did not start dreaming about competing at the Olympic Games until ski halfpipe was officially added to the program for Sochi 2014 in April 2011.

The first skier to land a double cork 900, Margetts has been featured on the cover of several skiing magazines. He earned his first FIS World Cup medal in January 2014 when he won the bronze in Calgary as part of a podium sweep by the Canadian men.
