Physical Literacy program

Lesson description

Blending Olympic values and symbols, physical activity and Olympic engagement, this program is divided into eight action packed sessions where participants learn about an Olympic value from profiled Tokyo 2020 Olympic athletes.

With goal of developing physically literate students, participants will develop fundamental movements skills in a fun and enjoyable way that will give them the confidence to participate in different physical activities, sports, and games.

Special features

This Physical Literacy Program profiles over 20 Tokyo Olympians that demonstrate various Olympic Values that students can integrate in the daily lives. Featuring various physical literacy tips, students will also develop various fundamental movement skills through ice-breaker activities, warm-ups and games.
