Melissa Fraser
Biography
Melissa Fraser won the national javelin title at the 2011 Canadian Championships. After fourth place finishes in 2012 and 2013, she returned to the podium with a bronze medal in 2014. While attending DePaul University, she was a five time member of the Big East All-Academic team from 2008 to 2012.
She won the Big East Championship as a freshman in 2008 and became the first Blue Demon thrower to qualify for the NCAA Championships. She added three more Big East titles in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
