Michael Wilkinson
Biography
Michael Wilkinson made his Olympic debut in 2012 and captured third spot in the B final of the men’s four with teammates William Dean, Derek O’Farrell and Anthony Jacob to finish ninth overall.
Wilkinson competed at the 2011 World Championships in the men’s double sculls, finishing fifth in the B Final (11th overall) earning Canada an entry into the event at the 2012 Olympic Games, which would be his Olympic debut.
A graduate of Queen’s University, Wilkinson, from North Vancouver, BC was joined on the 2012 Olympic rowing team, by his sister Lauren, a member of the women’s silver-medal winning eight crew.
