Biography

• Won K-4 500m gold at the Guadalajara 2011 Pan Am Games, her first career senior international competition
• Won two medals at the 2018 Pan American Championships, after she raced at the national team trials with just two and a half weeks to prepare following a health issue
• Competed at the U23 world championships in 2013, 2014 and 2015
• Represented Team Nova Scotia at the 2009 Canada Summer Games, winning two gold medals
